We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant and its pot in place. This minimizes movement and protects delicate foliage, ensuring your new green companion arrives in nursery-fresh condition.

What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 'Live Arrival Guarantee.' If your plant is damaged during transit, please email us a photo of the plant and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Do you provide care instructions for each plant?

Yes, every House of Kojo plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your plant thrive.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna for larger orders.

Can I return non-plant items like pots or tools?

Absolutely. You can return non-perishable items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
