Please ensure all plants and lifestyle products are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Pack with Care
Securely package your items, especially live plants, using the original protective materials to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix your return label and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you keep a copy of your postage receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
