Alocasia ‘Metalhead’ is a striking hybrid of Alocasia ‘Plumbea' and Alocasia ‘Lauterbachiana’. It gets it's name from it's shiny metallic dark foliage which makes it stand out amongst our collection of Alocasia.
How to care for your Alocasia -
Water: Alocasia need their soil to be lightly moist at all times, do not allow to dry out.
Light: They enjoy bright but indirect sunlight, direct sun can scorch the leaves.
Humidity: They love warmth and humidity, a bathroom or kitchen would be a perfect spot.
Temperature: They prefer warm temperatures about 20 degrees C.
