Hoya 'Tequila Sunrise'

Hoya 'Tequila Sunrise' is a hybrid created by Mike Bernardo. It has large, glossy leaves with prominent veins and silver specks. When exposed to high light or direct sun, the leaves turn a rich red color, resembling a sunrise. The plant produces cream-coloured, star-shaped flowers with reddish tips and a mild citrus scent. 

It grows quickly in tropical-like conditions, thriving with moderate care in bright, indirect light and consistent warmth, making it a great choice for Hoya lovers.

How to care for your Hoya -

Water: Less is more when it comes to watering; we like to wait until the leaves pucker slightly.

Light: This Hoya grows best in very bright light. Southern exposure is best, but it can adapt to east or west locations in front of a window.

Humidity: They like high humidity and would be perfect for a bathroom or kitchen.

Temperature: Average room temperature is fine.
